We will be offering an anxiety for youth age 12-14 and 15-17 through zoom. It is an 8 week program. 

This group will focus on anxiety and how returning to school may increase anxiety.

Each participant will receive all required material via mail prior to the group starting. Each week you will be emailed the link for the group to the email you provide.

The group for 12-14 year old's will run Sunday's at 6:30pm-7:30pm starting Sunday September 13.

This group is open to anyone 12-14 years old located in Alberta. 

The group for 15-17 year old's will run Monday's at 7:30pm-8:30pm starting Monday September 14.

This group is open to anyone 15-17 years old located in Alberta.
